We process only the details needed to manage availability, payment and your booking. We use no advertising cookies or analytics.
Booking details
When you book, we store your date, half-day, group size, hotel, name, email address and WhatsApp number in order to hold the slot, administer the booking and arrange pickup.
Payments with Stripe
Payment takes place on Stripe Checkout. Stripe processes payment details under its own privacy terms. Rich Experience does not receive or store card data. We store the Stripe session reference and payment status.
Messages and optional review request
Booking messages may be sent through Meta WhatsApp Business or configured email. Only if you tick the optional consent box, we schedule one review request for exactly one hour after an administrator records the actual trip return. We do not infer return time from pickup time.
Reviews
The private review link uses a random token that does not expose booking details in the URL. We store the star rating, feedback, optional display name and publication permission. Reviews are never published automatically; moderation is for abuse, not positive-only selection.
Storage and access
Booking and review information is restricted to the booking manager. Operational notification logs are kept for 90 days, unused review tokens for 12 months, and reviews until consent is withdrawn or deletion is requested, subject to applicable legal obligations.
